How do vaporizers work?

A. Vaporizers work by heating the plant material used, to a temperature point where the active elements of the herbs are emitted in the form of vapor, without actually burning the plant material. The vapor emitted is much more potent and healthier than smoke from burning these herbs.

Why is vaporizing a healthier alternative to smoking?

A. Vapor from a vaporizer is free from all harmful elements, such as tars and other bi-products that are commonly produced with smoking.

Does my vaporizer need maintenance?

A. You should clean the glass tube and bowl frequently with isopropyl alcohol or even a glass pipe cleaner. The heat gun does not need any cleaning.

How to clean the residue from the glass tube?

A. Cleaning the glass tube is done by pouring isopropyl alcohol in it and swishing it around to dissolve all residue. Alternatively, a glass pipe cleaner can also be used, such as Orange Chronic.

Can the tobacco once used be reused?

A. Yes! If there still remains some active ingredients in the tobacco, you can re-vaporize it.

Can we use 220 volt systems found in Europe & the UK?

A. Yes! We will supply an adaptor that will let you use the vaporizer with 220 volt systems. An additional charge is applicable on this.

Why should we vaporize?

1. For health: Vapor from the vaporizer is free of tars and other harmful bi-products that are produced when herb material is burned instead of vaporized.
2. Economy: When plant material is burned, more than 40% of the active elements are burned as well and all the goodness of the herbs is lost. Whereas, vaporizing makes use of the active elements in tobacco and other herbs much better than burning.
3. Taste: The vapor emitted from the vaporizer is great tasting and sweet; unlike the smoke we inhale from smoking.

Will vaporizing produce lesser odor than smoking?

A. Yes, it does.

Is vaporization completely odourless?

A. No! It is certainly not odourless. But the odor from vaporizing is similar to fresh tobacco and pleasant.

Will the shipping and handling be anonymous?

A. Yes! Your product will be shipped in a plain brown box with no labelling describing the product. Even the company name will be given different.
