  • In exchange for any Herbal Product, the buyer will only get a herbal product in return.
  • No Herbal Products can be exchanged for any other merchandise.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of smoking devices.

Our Various Product Policies:

Smoking Devices

Keeping in mind the nature of the vaporizers and other smoking devices, returns will only be accepted on unopened or unused merchandise within 14 days from the date of purchase, for store credit. No opened or used merchandise will be accepted on a return basis or even on exchange basis.

This includes everything from hookahs and tobacco pipes to vaporizers and all other devices. In case you have a warranty claim, you may contact the manufacturer.

No replacement item can be returned or exchanged.

Non-Herbal Merchandise
